I’ve written some haikus, because quite frankly I love stupid poetry. These are made from song lyrics. Due to all this hoopla with appropriations lawsuits, I thought I should cite everything. However, in the act of citing I’ve inadvertantly made another poem. So then is it mine?
Hey, artists – I’m gonna steal your lyrics, your ideas, and your images, but don’t worry, I’ll measure your intent first and then alter your original intent enough that it won’t piss you off enough to sue me.

Amy Boone McCreesh
This is a piece by Amy Boone-McCreesh. Though probably not representative of the work she will be installing – I love it. I get to show with her. I feel very fortunate. I would hang her work all over my house.

Upcoming show at Harmon Art Lab
I’m working hard to prepare for an upcoming show at Harmon Art Lab in D.C. The current show is a total knockout. So I am a little nervous about following Peter Harper’s beautiful paintings, but the show is on my birthday so there is more excitement than nerves. More later.
